Dear Parishioners,
Christos Anesti!
We are very pleased to announce that John Shelton has accepted the position as our Director of Communication. John will begin his duties in the new role on Monday, May 16th.

John has volunteered his time in many areas but especially with our Cathedral’s communication efforts for the last four and a half years. He will work closely with our clergy, staff, parish council, and ministry heads to coordinate and strengthen our communication practices. John currently serves as the chair of the communication sub-committee for our Centennial Celebration, he has served on the marketing and communication committee for the Yiasou Festival since 2018, and he also teaches in our youth catechism and folk-dance programs. John has used his creative talents while assisting in many projects both here at Holy Trinity and throughout the Archdiocese and is excited to usher in the next 100 years of ministry at the Cathedral. John received his bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies and minored in Leadership Studies at Appalachian State University.

Join us as we welcome John to the Cathedral Staff and wish him well in this new role!
